can patients with empty nose syndrome fly on a plane?

I have empty nose syndrome after a doctor cut off my inferior turbinates along with deviated nose septum surgery. Now with my current health conditions, I wish to seek an answer if I can fly on planes with my empty nose syndrome as the air on flights is pressurized and Dry.
If the answer is yes I can fly, then what are the precautions to be taken to avoid dry nose or bleeding or congestion in flight.
