can this cause dizziness?

I have been feeling like I am on a boat intermittently for about 3 weeks.
Comes and goes during the day.Never lost my balance, not nauseous, not related to anything.

I've also had this unbearable pulling/pressure/pain in my cheek/ear/face on the rt side.

No cold/cough/drainage/mucuos/sneezing/watery eyes, nothing like that at all. Only a slight very low grade fever, once in a while ( 99.3-99.5),,all my blood work was done ,too and that's all fine.

Saw the ENT, did a CT scan, and said no evidence of infection/just major swollen turbinate.worse on the rt, where I have a deviated septum.
Not much fluid, and what's there is clear.

Put me on Clarinex to try for a month, if that doesn't work the Singulair plus   Nasonex.

DOes this sound right? COuld this all be causing the dizziness?

I've had allergy testing done and do not have any allergies, but the ENT still feels these meds will help decrease the inflammation.

ANy thoughts on this?

ANyone have any views on the meds?
WHat can I expect with this?

Should I see a neurologist? Or if it were something not good, it would be getting worse, right?

Thanks,

MJ

I have had the same exact thing for 5 weeks!  Been to ENT and general Dr.  all say ears are  fine.  Stabbing pain in ears comes and goes, headache and off balance.  Trying to blame thyroid meds I have been on for 7 weeks.  I do not know what  to think.  Glad to hear someone else has it.  Keep me posted if you find out any more.
