My husband had strep throatCancer - throat or larynx Throat swab culture about 2 and a half weeks ago. close to two weeks later, I started to have a sore throatCancer - throat or larynx Throat swab culture. That was on this past thursday. I went to the doctors on friday. Mind you, I just had strep throatCancer - throat or larynx Throat swab culture 2 months ago in march. I have had it often. They took a throatCancer - throat or larynx Throat swab culture culture, never said that I had it, but gave me amoxicillian 500mg. That night I began to develop a sore on the section of skin that connects the top and bottom of your jaw back by my wisdom teethBroken or knocked out tooth Dental care - adult Dental x-rays Development of baby teeth Development of permanent teeth Plaque and tartar on teeth Teething Teething symptoms Toothaches. saturday and sunday were painfulPainful menstrual periods, it hurts to open my mouth, talk, eat certin foods. It is causing my ear on the same side to have a constant pain as well, and I have noticed my limphnode being swollen on that same side too. I have no idea if the location of the sore has anything to do with my wisdom teeth. I was supposed to have them pulled over a year ago. The sore is white, underneath of it the gums near it are swollen and red. It is painful enough that it is hard to sleep, and the day after I was given my antibiotics I began to sneeze all day. The following days have been nothing but a runny nose and pain in my throat. I saw an urgent care doctor who told me that I have a cold sore, and there is nothing I can take to make it go away. I did a bunch of research, and found that a cold sore is on the outside of your mouth, and forms a pouch, with I guess puss or whatever is inside. This looks a lot like a canker sore, it has no pouch. I called my doctor after that, and the receptionist told me it was a cold sore, and is sending something over to where I get my perscription filled to help ease the pain. But, I really don't think it is a cold sore. What should I do?
