chronic ear problem

Since I had surgery 2 years ago to correct a hole in my ear bone, I have
had nothing but problems with my left ear. A chronic hissing sound occured
one year after surgery, my ear always feels clogged......even after it has been
cleaned out by an ENT, a little bit of pain......the pain is in the bone at the entry
of the ear canal. I have been told I have a little dermitis, but the dermotic oil prescribed
does not help at all. Is there anything naturally I can do to make my ear feel better?
