chronic tightness in throat

chronic tightness in throat

hi, my name is will. i am an eighteen year old male and am in otherwise very good physical shape. But for probably the past eight months i have had this almost constant feeling of tightness just below each of my jaw bones. Its like i always have this feeling like i need to gag. It is nearly every day, all the time. Some times it seems to help if i sip on a cold drink or chew gum, but it comes back soon afterwards and i have to do the same thing over and over again, and it still never goes away. It seems to be worse if i think about it. It is very frustrating and is seriously starting to affect my life. one of my favorite things to do is work out but it is very hard to exercise when you always feel like you are going to gag. I can hardly eat anything because the feeling sometimes makes me nauseated. Please comment with any suggestions you might have at all i would greatly appreciate it

I have a similar feeling too, but it's not actually "in" my throat.

I feel like hands are on the outside (both sides of my neck towards
the front) squeezing it.

Almost like if I had a shrink wrap turtle neck top on.

Mine is a symptom related to Morgellons.
