clicking noise in sinus
I often hear a clicking noise in my sinus when I speak. Its quite loud and I find it annoying and embarrassing. I have year round allergies (dust, mold, pollens) which are reasonably well managed with Nasalcrom. I've never had a sinus infection that I was aware of. I'm wondering
1) what it is
2) can anything be done?

Thanks!

You are moving your soft palate up and down. The sound is not in your sinus cavity.
