is it possible for me to fix my nose without doing a rhinoplasty surgery meaning without using a knife?

That I know of.

There could be other non-surgical options available that I am not aware of since this is a pretty common surgery/procedure.  I would recommend consulting a Plastic Surgeon and ask about non-invasive options.
