deviated septum and how to live with it

I had rhinoplasty several years ago for cosmetic reasons. I was recently told by an ENT that I have a deviated septum. I have never had problems  breathing until now. My nose gets stuffed up to the point that I can only breath through my mouth. I have sinusitis often and use saline nasal spray every day. I have even begun taking Zyrtec for allergies, but the stuffiness never ends. The ENT told me that the surgery to repair the deviated septum does not help either. I want to try some homeopathic remedies (nasal sprays, drops, etc.). Can you tell me how people live with a deviated septum? A response is greatly appreciated as I have nowhere to turn.

A deviated septum just means you are more prone to chronic sinus infections, due to impaired drainage on one side.  Since you have been to ENT, try this if you want to get rid of the sinusitis:

It's risky, because you have to bend over in a shower to defeat gravity, but you can also do it outside on soft ground.
