dizzy spells especially left turns in car

My daughter (not the child w/ pots) has been dizzy almost all day. Its a little better after rest, much better after sleep. A lot worse after a car ride especially left turns. I'm thinking inner ear, but she has no pain. (thank God) She feels ok  an hour or hour and a half after she get up from bed then feels terrible.  she also has terrible excema. Could the med for this (mostly antihistamines) be causing any of this?  Also i almost forgot, she had a swollen limf nod in her neck just under her right ear, antibiotics have almost cleared it up after about 5 days or so.
