dry blood in nose

Tags: cold, head, headedness, irritable

i'm having dry blood in my nose for the last two months,now i also feel empty headedness, n sometimes dizzyness (also i feel a sensation that happens when alot of water is inhaled) ,my head aches sometimes specially in cold weather, i feel irritated ...... please advice.
