ear disorder

hi it is my first visit.
my brother suffers from problems in hearing.he visited many doctors .they diagnosed his condition as accumulation of water in front of the ear drum ,so  doctors made many operations to remove this water ,but every time it come back without aclear reason and he suffers from the same problem.
please guys i want your advice.

Anatomically, it sounds as though he has eustachean tube disorder.

It can be treated with tubes....  but those come with their own set of issues.

There are other things he can do to avoid the problem. If he smokes stop & see if that improves things. Get checked out for allergies etc.

Basically fluid in the middle ear is a symptom of a problem, not the problem.
