ear/hearing issue

I've been having this problem for a few months now. Most sounds seem to irritate my ears. It feels like a pressure. A sudden sound seems to cause some kind of movement in my ears. Both ears are affected. Sometimes there is also pain in my ears. Any ideas?

What you are describing could be several different things, but it is most likely related to Eustachian tube dysfunction, which is the tube that runs from the middle ear space to drain the ear to the back of the nose.  However, I would see your physician who might refer you to an ENT for further evaluation and treatment.

Do you used earphones?

No physician's visit yet?  I would recommend seeing an ENT Specialist about this.

This could be a number of things.
