ear,nose and throat infection

I have constant 'gunk' in my throat and nose .. any advise how to thin it away?
It stops or  inhibits my breathing

Hello and hope you are doing well.

In addition to medications you could take OTC multivitamins. Take plenty of warm oral fluids. For further relief from your symptoms you could do warm salt water gargles and stream inhalations. Please ensure to do this prior to your meals. Also,  practice good breathing exercises and  humidify your room. This will help to loosen up the secretions.

I see from your earlier posts that the gunk is brown/yellow, which usually indicates a sinus infection.  You've already been to the doctor to look for obstructions.  At this point, I'd recommend a Neilmed Sinus Rinse, available at any chain drugstore, to wash away the mucus, which may ease the infection.
