Sorry for the delay in response...touch of the flu going on over here. lol
Are you on medication for your high blood pressure? Allergies?
Have you told your doctor about the noise you are hearing?
Your medication may need to be adjusted.
If your ears are plugged you could try a sinus rinse such as the neti pot. This may help, as many times it's the sinuses that cause ear grief.
You should be avoiding salt like the plague...but I'm sure you know that already. Sometimes sugar can make tinnitus worse as well.
Get control over your allergies. The tinnitus is only aggravated more by them.
If you don't know what your allergies are, try keeping a diary or having testing done.
Hope this helps a bit.
I have had similar symptoms with some ear ache ...I have had tinnitus a lot like a low buzzing I have put mine to allergies possibly environmental ...
Thank you, I do have high blood pressure, allergies. Now they are plugged up. What next?
Many things. The top two are tinnitus and high blood pressure.
Have your doctor check your ears to see if they are fluid filled and have him/her test your blood pressure at the same time.
