ear\jaw\nose problems
I've got a lot of head problems I had my ear drum ruptured recentlyish and a few bad ear infections when  was younger. I grind my teeth offsetting my jaw and broke my nose causing a deviated septum (I can't breathe through my nose very well if congested forget about it) this causes low pressure popping when breathing in and high pressure popping when breathing out through my nose .  when I open and close my jaw at certain points it muffles\pops my right ear what should I do besides getting a tooth guard I know that already
