I am not sure what your question is. One answer is: no, that is not normal, see your doctor. You mention swollen lymph nodes. I wouldn't know one if it was sitting across from me, how do you know, a doctor's exam?
I'd gess tiredness would result form a loss of sleep from the first three items in your list. Have you tired any quick fixes for the congestion? Nasal or chest congestion? Most of the over-the-counter stuff can't be used long term, but most in my experience give immediate relief, and help one get some sleep which is basic to getting well.
Hope you are doing better. If you have some specific question please state it.
