excessive saliva

It's been a little over a year since the first time i noticed the excess of saliva on the front upper gum, just above the front teeth and every where else. It is so embarrassing, it is on the way when I speak and I noticed bubbles in my mouth, spit when I speak and when I opened my mouth it looks like a spider-net, saliva everywhere. To me, it looks like extra faucet have been opened and led to this excessive salivation. Generally, I am healthy except that I always feel dizzy and tired. So, anyone knows what I need to do to shut these faucets down or to reduce the amount of saliva production? Suggestion, please.
