eye ball wrinkle-treatments

How can you treat eye ball wrinkle? It gives me blurry vision and I am not focused in my tasks.

  This is a new one on me!  Do you mean the "Eye ball" it self wrinkles? or are you talking the lid and surrounding tissue?  The one thing I can conceive of that you might be talking about is an eye lid that folds over (wrinkles) on it self and droops down more than it should?  (My mother and my self have this).
