fluid leaking from ear

I noticed a few months back that was constantly scratching an itch just inside my ear canal. Recently, I've noticed a few other symptoms that have me concerned:

Fluid in my left ear (sort of like when you have water in your ears after swimming)
Pain and tugging at my ear
increase in the itching and what appears to be ear wax
Hearing a swishing noise that's only alleviated if I tilt my head
dizziness upon bending over or crouching (and on roller coasters!!)
constant nausea since Oct 1
Lots of throat clearing

I'm sure this is all tied to the ear issue. I had tubes as a child, and a reconstructive surgery when I was 13 due to some sort of infection I had as a child. I've tried Sudafed to dry it up, but it was worthless. Not sure what else to try at this point.
