fullness/ringing in ears with pain

HI I AM 26 YEAR OLD FEMALE - GOOD HEALTH EXCEPT I HAVE CHRONIC SINUSITUS - HAD AN MRI IN NOVEMBER THAT SHOWED THAT.  FOR THE PAST COUPLE WEEKS, I HAVE HAD RINGING IN MY RIGHT EAR AND A FULLNESS AND SOME PAIN.  I HAVE ALSO HAD STRANGE SPOT HEADACHES ON THAT SIDE.  I'M A LITTLE OCD SO THIS CONCERNS ME.  I HAVE BEEN AFRIAD  OF ANEURYSMS MY WHOLE LIFE AND WAS WONDERING IF THIS COULD BE THAT.  I HAD A CT SCAN MRI/MRA IN NOVEMBER WHICH WAS CLEAR EXCEPT FOR THE CHRONIC SINUSITIS.  FOR THE PAST COUPLE DAYS, THIS FULLNESS/PAIN HAS GOTTEN WORSE.  I HAD A SINUS INFECTION LAST WEEK BUT TOOK THE Z-PACK AND ALL THE OTHER SYMPTOMS I HAD CLEARED UP EXCEPT FOR THIS EAR STUFF AND SOME SPOT HEADACHES.  THERE IS ALSO A CLICKING SOUND WHEN I CHEW OR TALK OR OPEN MY JAW WIDE.  ALSO, I CAN HEAR MY HEARTBEAT IN MY EAR SOME AND SOME SWOOSHING NOISE. IT DRIVES ME CRAZY AT NIGHT ESPECIALLY.
MY QUESTIONS ARE..
1. COULD THIS BE AN ANEURYSM?
2. CAN AN ANEURYSM GROW THAT FAST (IN 2 MONTHS)?
3. SHOULD I SEEK MEDICAL HELP RIGHT AWAY?
4. DO I NEED MORE ANTIBIOTICS?
5. IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO FOR IT?
I GO TO THE ENT ON THE 30TH BUT THESE SOUNDS AND FEELINGS ARE DRIVING ME CRAZY AND WOULD JUST LIKE TO KNOW IF THIS IS SOMETHING SERIOUS.  YOUR HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!
THANK YOU!

Hey Mels, sounds like you and I have the same ENT.  Sad part about mine is, my ENT and Orthodontist share the same parking lot.  MY ENT has been treated for TMJ and still has not mentioned that my problem could be TMJ, he just shakes his head, and says, "I don't see anything wrong with your ear".  Which I guess, IS his job. But what does a person have to do these days to find a doc who knows the ENTIRE body well enough to make a diagnosis without having to see 14 specialists and have 10 seperate diagnostic tests that can potentially run thousands of dollars?  If a head and neck surgeon cannot distinguish the symptoms of TMJ from those of an "ear" problem, then who can?  Doctors wonder why people choose to create and follow the advice of these forums, but what other choice do we, as individual citizens, have?  With medical costs soaring in this country, it is no wonder we turn to our fellow man to help us diagnose ourselves.

True story: Daughter seeing GP for checkup, GP sees small "hole" in eardrum.  Sends her to a specialist - ENT.  The ENT looked in her ear, "yep, there's a hole in there".  Then proceeded to tell her that there was no need to persue the issue, because it had probably been there for years, since her tubes were placed when she was 4 and it was asymptomatic, so move on.  ok...he said, "yep, there's a hole there."  Got up to the counter to leave and the bill, hold on people....
$190.00!!!  Is it just me?  Was I taken complete advantage of? Has someone else had this same problem?
