fungal sinusitis?

5 months ago I had a tooth removed on the upper left side of my face it was very abssessed. It had a root canal 11 years ago and before I had it removed had split up the middle. During the time I experienced this absessed tooth, I had extreme pain shooting up the  side of my face into my temple. I had the tooth removed and there is no more teeth on that upper side of my face. Five months later Im still really sick.
It started in the left side of my face between my nose and my eye my cheeks felt like they had dirt in them and I could feel swelling in there right from between my nose and my eye right across my cheek up to my temple. There feels like theres a lump in my gum right up behind where the tooth was. I have took numurous perscriptions of clyndamycin and bactrim. They subsided the pain for a bit but not for long. The pain gets so bad that my whole side of my left side of my face feels numb. And the pain is horrible its not a headache its pain. Im constantly coughing up green phelgm but when i blow my nose its clear. And when it acts up i need to apply pressure to the very back of my gum and where the lump is to relieve it. My ears, jaw and face are constantly crunching when i move them. I have really bad light sensitivity. When i go outside or im inside during midday i feel like im going to pass out. I can't even stand in the shower and move my head around I get so dizzy. I have a hard time washing my hair. My nerves and anxiety are so bad from this. Well a month a go they put me on zithromax for 5 days and by the time i was done it i started to feel better. A week after i was done it im right back where I started and now the right side of my face is starting to do the same thing. My forehead nose and eye feel numb and my eyes feel heavy.
and again the vey back of my jaw and gums feel a bit swollen and sore. Tylenol just doesn't take the pain away. But im almost 40 years old raising my grandkids my husbands a truck driver and i just can't affort to be in this much pain anymore. When it acts up im like in pain and my whole head feels numb then its almost like its filling up and releasing something because a few days later in the morning my mouth tastes horrible then my face is like itchy. I get chronic diareha and my body is so week. I really need some advice I can't take feeling like this anymore. I was wondering if this sounds like a fungal ball ?
