heavy breathing

my friends have noticed that i breath really heavily and loudly often. The breathing anoys both me and my friends but sometimes i dont notice it. I want to get rid of my heavy breathing and breath like a normal person. I also snore sometimes and get blocked noses quite regulaly is there anything wrong with me and how can i get to the stage when i breathe like a normal person ?
