Drainage in back of throat for 4 months and throwing up. Had four shots, I have taken these meds.
lodrane,clarithomy,singulair,amoxicillin, nasonex and now patanase

I am so tired of being sick

Sounds miserable and something similar to what I went through years ago.  Ask for a sulfa drug. Helped me twice to knock out a sinus infection.

Antibiotics sometimes don't work for sinus infections, because sinus infections differ than other types of infections, and anyway, soon, a large swath of bacteria strains will be antibiotic-resistant.

The Flip-Turn Sinus Flush verifies a Mayo Clinic discovery about the true nature of some sinus infections, but I will not recommend it until you have gone through your other meds.

The Flip-Turn Sinus Flush is mildly risky, because you have to bend over to do it, preferably in a shower, but you can also do it outside on soft ground, or you can kneel down and lean over a bathtub, or perhaps a plastic basin or tub, with the shower running for steam.
