Continue the gargle, and do this breathing technique, up to 21 times daily.
Ujjayi pranayam
Procedure: While breathing in, tighten throat(contract glotis) and there will be sound from back of throat, then drop chin(rest chin on chest), hold breath as long as possible. Then chin up, close right nostril and slowly breath out through left nostril.
Duration: 5 – 21 times
How to do Ujjayi
When you clear your throat, you tighten your throat and breath out, twice, with a pause in between. . Now if you reverse this, that is, tighten the throat and breath in continuously for abour 8 to 12 seconds, then hold your breath for 4 seconds with the chin down, then chin up, close right nostril and slowly breath out through left nostril, you have just done Ujjayi pranayam. You will feel like coughing initially.

kk i see her again in acouple of days from now and ill see if we can go down a diffrent rout (run diffrent tests)and see what happens. if you think of anything else that might help that would be great
thanks again
Perhaps you are not dealing with a bacterial infection, but a viral or fungal infection or she hasn't prescribed the right antibiotic or this is NOT an infection but something else.
Reconsult her and have her change the regimen. This is NOTHING that a home remedy will fix, sorry. She should also prescribe a throat gargle.
ENT says its acute toncillitis but i have none of the sysmtoms im not sick no flu just my right toncil is swollen and its difficult to swollow. ive seen the ENT doc twice now she gave me sterroids and an antibiotic (on my last day) as i have said before this has been going on for just over 3 weeks now. i have no pain, not sick, not tired or worn out. ive been gargling warm salt water to but with no avail. i have also just started a regiment of mulltivitims. so any help you can provide would be nice thanks again.
First, what diagnosis have you gotten from the ENT doc? How long ago did you see him/her?
What meds were you prescribed?
