hole in my nose

I had cosmetic nose surgery 4 yrs ago.  A few months later when I looked in my nose with a flashlight to see how it was healing I noticed a tiny hole the size of a needle point.  My doc said it was no big deal and it would heal on its own.  It's almost the size of a dime now, I've been to 4 different ENT specialists, they all kept telling me it might not heal, but it won't get bigger, and they don't suggest operating to close the hole 'cause it might make it worse.  It does keep getting bigger, the skin constantly burns, I constantly have scabs around it, I don't smoke, don't do drugs, not on any meds. I apply a nasal lubricant the doc suggested, it doesn't help at all. I am really scared it'll get so big my nose will eventually cave in.  And to make matters worse, my nose is crooked when I smile now because of my operation.  Can I even sue my plastic surgeon for all these problems? I never went forward with it because I figure they always protect themselves by making you sign long fine-print documents before the surgery.
