important quetion

my mom woke up today saying that here left side of her face feels numb that when she eats she can hardly taste her food and her eye tears alot and to me it lookk smaller like if her face was swollen can you please tell me what to do

thank you so much for nice wishes she was taken to the emergency room today and it turned out to bells palsy thank god it wasnt a stroke but it will still be a long process to get her self back in shape but thank you so much
