With this observation of yours, I think you have to be seen by an ENT. Though it may be trivial as wax sitting on the eardrum. But difficult to comment before an ENT examines you.
Best rgds,

You see I have so called moving dizziness and I know anxiety can even cause some inner ear problems. But what makes me insisting with my doc to send me to an ENT specialist is the following: When ever I touch my right ear (inside) I get so dizzy that it takes a few minutes to get back to normal. I have hard time when cleaning/washing this ear. And the kinda dizziness I get is weird and hard to explain. I feel like im spinning through the space whenever I provoke it.
Well seing how dizziness can cause anxiety, I'd say the answer is :
C All of the above
You have put up a question as if for a board exam ;-)
There are many. One of the symptoms of any inner ear dysfunction is dizziness.
Anxiety is different. It runs from a separate source and on a different track. But a dizziness itself can be a worry to the patient and thus cause this anxiety.
But anxiety itself can cause may symptoms, including 'dizziness'. Only after a clinical examination a doctor can come to a conclusion.
Hope this is clear.
Best,
TA
