laryngitis

This is the 3rd time this year i have had laryngitis, it usually lasts about 1-2 weeks on ABcover, i also get a cold 1-2 days after i get laryngitis, i had put it down to stress but i am unsure. I never used to get laryngitis it has only started about 4 years ago. My GP said if i get it 4 times a year I should go to see an ENT, should I go now?
