left head pressure

I have pressure through the left ear and nose passage, kind of like its closed up and in a cramp,
which sometimes travels, I think in the left brain muscles and or the left lower back and side of
under the tung.   I'm constantly trying to pop it open, just to function correctly.
I also have air pressue shooting throught my right ear passage very loudly and painfully outwards,
and it feels like its hitting against a sinsitive nerve near the drum.  

This is so irritating, and effecting my life tremedously and the way I look.  It's something I just cant ignor.  
I do get brakes from it and I'm back to normal.  But then it will just sneak up on me at anytime,
the worst is when I'm finally sleeping real good and the cramp on my left and the loud, paiful air pressure shooting through the right just yanks me right out of my sleep, and makes me a nervous
wreck.
I've had this since May 2002 and seen my doctor, several e.n.t.'s, 1 nuerologist and had an MRI,
but no one knows and couldn't help.  Most of the e.n.t.'s just wrote it off as tinitis and sent me away.  I know this is not tinitis.  
I'm a working mom and want to get back to normal, can anyone help me.
