lost voice

by denistd, Feb 14, 2009 07:45PM
I had surgery on my carotid artery, had it cleaned out as it was 90% blocked and I had had 4 mini strokes. Now my throat is really sore and I can barely speak, most ofthe time it's just comes out as a whisper, ent tells me they may have damaged my laryngeal nerve, he looked at my vocal chords and said I had a swollen false vocal chord. It's been two months now and I am getting sick of it.
