lump in throat

I have a lump in my throat and it feels like I have something stuck in my throat.  It seems to get bad out when my sinisust start to act up.  What is this?

i had that, too. went to the ent, he said it was swelling from acid reflux and prescribed protonix. the symptoms disappeared.
