mouth and throat blisters, swelling, and red dots. help?

For a few months now I have had what started out as a simple sore throat and tiny clear blisters, not in clusters(I do not have an std) but separate from each other. The blisters never went away and more problems started happening. My throat has been red and I am assuming from the prolonged irritation, I now have small red blood vessels that show close to the start and on my tonsils. I also have tiny white dots my tonsils and now tiny reds dots on my soft palette. Some of the tiny red dots are now medium sized on the soft palette. I have also been able to see my epiglottis on occasions while looking into my throat. After about a month of my throat and mouth symptoms my esophagus started to feel like there was something blocking it like a lump of some form and has an odd sore like ache when I breathe and almost feels raw. Sometimes I get dizzy and it feels like my heart rate speeds up and breathing becomes delayed. I have been very tired and will get very bad headaches that make my head feel swollen out of no where that makes it difficult for me to function. They last anywhere from an hour to several hours. I have been to the doctor but I do not have insurance and the epiglottis was not showing at this time so he told me since it had been going on for months that it was just viral and to take Ibuprofen. He even had the nerve to say that because he was made aware of my history with Bipolar disorder that "Maybe your Bipolar is manifesting itself in another form" which I know is ridiculous and not true. No blood or urine was taken. I want to know what it going on... the tiny red dots seem to get worse daily and I am tired of the feeling of a ball in my throat, headaches, lose of breathe and my extreme fatigue that I know have because of whatever is going on. I have however gone to a clinic and was able to get tested for strep, which came back negative.

If anyone has any idea as to what is going on please let me know.

Thank you for your reply, I will try to find an affordable place to be tested or whatever they need to do for that,

Sounds like Pharyngotonsilitis, but what is causing this is the question.

Please do yourself a favor, and find a physician that will help you.  "Bipolar manifestation"  what was that all about?

You need a throat swab/culture and Mono ruled out.  I can't say for sure if this is a bacterium or virus involved, but you need medication other than "motrin."
