need reassurance about breathing

hi , so i dont know where to turn or what to do but here are my symtoms and no doctor can find a cause and advice iv taken is not helping and i would do anything to feel normal again .
october i had a weird experience where my body turned to jelly after my throat felt weird and my heart went to 145 and paramedics said anxiety/kidney infection anyways it turned out they was no kidney infection and so im left to this now after 3 more episodes of my heart going funny.
everyday some days worse then others i have a throb kind of pulling sensation it feels like its above where my adams apple would be and sometimes feels like above my tonsils but behind like on the wall of your throat if that makes sence and this feeling either feels like a throb/pulling tug / up and down feeling its not a nice sensation it happens anywhere does not matter who im with or where i am it happens i also sometimes get a whoosh or thump sound in my ear when it happens which makes my nose feel a vibration also sometimes on bridge of my nose that is or a pulsing sensation no doctor has a clue what im on about but this is really bad its now effecting how much i eat because if i feel this feeling in my throat while i eat iautomatically stop thinking im going to choke and as i say it effects my breathing sometimes i feel i cant breath and sometimes it feels i have a gush of air forced up its not nice at all it will happen when im talking nobody notices i have it but what im saying pauses for the time it happens if they is any way this could be explained to me to reassure my throat is not going to close up or this is not going to stop me breathing its causing anxiety too after it happens

Ya, some doctors are bad with checking ears when it comes to dizzy spells. They always pull out the stethascope and bloodpressure cuffs.

Anyway, get your ears checked! And get something for the acid reflux!
You can't imagine the nasty symptoms they cause.
Take it from someone who has both problems...it's not fun when you develop ulcers or scars in your throat that prevent you from swallowing...not to mention losing your teeth from the damage the acid does to them as well.

Hang in there, and don't be afraid to let us know how things go, or if you have more symptoms.

Did they check your ears?

Do you get heartburn? Acid reflux?

Try posting on the anxiety forum to see if your symptoms sound familiar to them.
