negative effects of my NOSE prob.

i have this kind of problem of my nose.

i have sinusitis because of this i frequently sniff or blow my nose but im having this problem because of my nose.

1.having or feeling the pressure on my nose, its like something is pinched inside my nose. because of this one hole of my nose is blocked. then i sniff on that hole of my nose and it will be clear. the problem is the other  hole of my nose  is the hole that get blocked.

2.feeling numb in some parts of the body

3. feeling pain in some parts of the body

4. sleeping disorder (only 4 hours of sleep), frequently having nightmares/dreams. feeling anxiety after waking up, feeling pain on the chest after waking up. cold sweat and hearing and feeling the beat of the heart.


5. dry mouth

6. mood/ personality/mentally changes. --> unstable

anyone here who also suffering this kind of problem.
