noise induced hearing loss

i was diagnosed with noise induced hearing loss when i was 14. i am 30 now. 4 years ago the doc told me that my left ear was 75% operational, my right 90%. my hearing is still normal. i only have trouble hearing in noisy or crowded places.

is it true about what the doc says that my right ear is gonna symphatize with my left ear as I grow old? would that mean i have to expect deafness by the time I reach abtou 70?

You can improve your hearing and not worry about deafness. Do this breathing exercise everyday and notice improvement in hearing.
Anulom Vilom - Deep Breath-in through left nostril keeping right nostril closed
then  - Breath-out through right nostril keeping left nostril closed
then   -Deep Breath-in through right nostril keeping left nostril closed
then   - Breath-out through left nostril keeping right nostril closed
and repeat this cycle for upto 15 minutes. Maximum 3 times day.
