nostril shape changing

Dear all

I ahve had this problem for over one year and need some help.

Like 1 year ago my right nostril started to get really itchy. I was constantly twitching my nose.
I realised that as time went by it become more and more itchy. And then  the shape of my nostril started to change.
I dont know what the reason is. I woke up several time while scratching it.

At 1st I was the only one who was able to see that the shape of my nose was changing but now the assymetry is so obvious that people start staring...very unconfortable and annoying.

Not sure what to do...saw a few doctors and they recomended me to use Naseptin which I did and it didnt help.
Saw another doctor and am now


My right nostril is itchy and painfull. Not sure if the pain is due to the scratching. Right now I am sleeping with gloves to avoid scratching it but somehow I find a way to do it when I am asleep.

1st would like to understand what the reason behind all this is.
2nd I am thinking about having some plastic surgery in order to get my nostril back to what it was. Any advice?  I live in Europe but willing to go wherever I can find the best plastic surgeon. Actually I got my BA in the US. So I am confortable travelling there.
