i have this sharp pain inside and around my left ear any information as to what it might be
and i know its not an ear infection

If it caused by noise exposure and they get saw, listen to ears and them rest them. dont go down my path 2 years of pain so far. Loud music can ruin your life.

hey i wear headphones sometimes but i havent worn them for awhile and when i do i dont have my music up loud at all
and its feels like the inside

Do you wear headphones?  Just curious because the job that I do I get a lot of ear pain and  it's associated with the ear phones.  IT's outside, right?
