painless bumps on soft palate

I have had tons of tiny flesh colorless pinhead size bumps all over my soft palate for about 5 years. They do not hurt or change in appearance and I can only see them if i hold a bright light at a certain angle. They feel like little granules when i rub my tongue against them. I went to the Oral surgeon last year who said they were just normal salivary glands and that everyone has them but some peoples are more noticeable. Just would like a second opinion

Thank you that makes me feel a whole lot better!! Do you have a lot of them? The hard palate is completely smooth but when i run my tongue towards the back it all little bumps. When I look at them with a mirror and light there are a ton of them all over. Have you ever got them checked out or do you just know they are normal?
