please answer my question

i have a few simple questions...i jsut got my nose cauterized by the ent today and he was less than helpful.

my first question is that i m reading online that people have had pain and bleeding after cauterization. right now i feel normal....but will i experience these things tomorrow..or the day after? will things get worse for me???

my second question is that i am a weightlifter.....i don't want to take time off the gym...i lift hard and  i lfit heavy how much time should itake off?

third question is that i just bought some soda, and i have been drinking it...and the soda was really fizzy and when i put my nose in the cup the fizz fizzed into my nose...wil lthat be ok?

ok another question is that my doctor never gave me post op instructions..he jsut told me to not blow my nose..and to sneeze with my mouth open...he said id have to do this for the rest of my life....i hope he's joking.....

ive seen online people are using saline

i am a 21 yr oldi tn heir nose? where do i get it? im scared to touch my nose?

male...would not describe myself as healthy so how long could  i expect to heal....
also the doctor was completely useless in diagnosing my ear pain. i have ear pain when  i scratch my ears...i also have ear popping and krackling around loud noises.....what could it be....

also i barely felt any pain or stinging...so idk if the doc did it right.
