please need a

this is the first time that I 'm calling for help through all the people around me, I'm very frustrated, my mom had repetitives rhinnopharigitis infections , treated 3 times by antibiotherapy,  she made a CT exam, and we found a micro calcification in the cavum, some radiodiagnosis specialits told me it would be an inflammatory granulloma
please can you tell me if it is a "serious" malign thing or just a benign thing .... I'm really scared, your help will be great for me thank you....
