popping and pressure in the ears

Hey!!! ive been having trouble with my ears for over 5 years now. Ive had 5 tubes put in both ears and whenever the tubes fall out i have very bad symptoms. They consist of feeling of pressure, blocked ears, my voice sounds louder than usual, dizzy and nauseous. Even yourning can open up my ears, filled with pressure and i cant get it back to normal. Only by lying down on my left side and sniffing really hard!!! although when i stnd up, it feels like there's lots of pressure in my ears and my voice sounds muffled. Does anyone have this?? and how to overcome this??
Thanks x

I had the popping and crackling sound in my ear for 3 years now. I went to 3 different ENT's. They all gave me about the same meds. First i tried antibiotics for 3 weeks. didnt work. I tried claritin nasal spray with an anti-inflamatory and that did work after 1 week. I continued treatment for 3-4 weeks. When i finished all my meds, I stopped. I did not have anymore popping or crackling until about 2 monthes later and its back and even worse then before. So I am going to try the same treatment again. If it works, I will continue for the month and stop and wait until it comes back. The moment it starts again, I will do it again. I just don't want to stay on the meds all the time. This time I was recommended Astelin instead of Claratin. -- If you have a deviated septum and can't breath through one nose very well, get the nose job because that is most likely your problem. Unequal amounts of air entering you head will effect your ears in time.
