postnasal drip after ejaculation

ive had this terrible problem for over the last four years that has runied my entire life. everytime i ejaculate from sex or even nocturnal emissions i almost immediately expereinece a flood of postnasal drip that lasts for days afterwards. i also experience the same thing if i consume even the smallest amount of dairy. im not that worried about dairy i can avoid that but not being able to have sex or ejaculate has made my life not worth living. so far no one has even tried to help they keep saying its not possible but it is. i live this nightmare everyday. any ideas?

There may be other food associated with your presentation other than dairy products. Seeing a doctor who is familiar with food intolerance is advised.
