Do you have sinus problems? Acid Reflux?

Those are two primary problems that can cause pressure in ears. There are numerous things that can cause pressure in ears besides fluid and infections. It just depends on your individual concerns. What other symptoms are you experiencing?

Sypmtoms:  loss of hearing in the right ear, bell-like sounds and distortion of different sounds.  Hearing is returning since an ENT has prescribed steriods and nasal spray.

That's why I suggested sinus problems...

If you're experiencing swelling in your sinuses, it can effect your ears tremendously. It can cause tinnitis (ringing in ears), pressure, fullness, etc because of your eustacian tubes.

I'm glad to hear that things seem to be getting better with the steroids and spray.

Take care,
Ashley
