red spot/rashes on nose

from last 6 months i have red rashes/spot on my nose. this becomes dry in winter and white layer of cells on nose skin. in summer secrets oil from there. what is the remedy for same

The rash could be due to an allergen. The other causes could be due to a fungal infection, atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis and bacterial infections. Usually there is itching and some amount of inflammation with these conditions. You will need to consult your primary care physician for further evaluation.
