red spots soft pallate

I'm a female, a few weeks ago i performed fellatio and now i have a few painless red marks or spots around on my soft palette and uvula. I'm wondering whether this could be an sti or is it just from the pressure of the fellatio as i have no other symptoms
I highly doubt this is a streptococcal infection.
The concern here is higher for a sexually transmitted disease. I don't think there would have been enough pressure to cause this and, were that the case, you certainly would have had pain.
Go and see a doctor as proper diagnosis and treatment is needed.
