severe sunburnt nose with blisters

My nose got severely sun burnt 3 weeks ago with blisters on it.  It is still painful and bright red almost purple in areas and scabs over every morning.  Is this a cellulitis and infection.  No swelling, just the sever pain and discoloration with scabbing.

If there is discharge it could most probably be infected. This is more so if you are having fever as well. You may need oral and topical antibiotics to tackle the same. Hope you are not a diabetic. Please consult your primary care physician for further evaluation.
