sinus mucous flooding eyes.
Mucous from sinuses  flooding eyes at all times.  Not fluid like tears, but thick and sticky like mucous.  All day, everyday.  Indoor/outdoor,  12 months a year.   Even when not acting allergic,  no sneezing and such,  mucous still floods eyes.  Worse in the morning, eyelids actually adhere together.  Shower temporary relief.  Thoughts?

Go see an ENT, follow his or her advice.  If that doesn't work, try this, if it turns out your sphenoid or frontal sinuses are infected.
