smoke inhalation

I did a dumb thing on Sunday.. I put bacon in the fry pan and put the heat on medium thinking I had enough time to walk my dog, well, lo and behold when I walked into the apartment there was smoke
I immeditely opened the patio door, and the kitchen window, and put on the vent on top of the stove
I also took the smokey frypan outside...My throat is a little irritated and sore.. Do I need to go to the doctor? I did not inhale it very long and reacted very quickly.. I also opened the front door and did a fan effect to help and also went upstairs and opened that window and turned on the small fan
