some sort of growth on my tonsil

I felt like I had something, like a bit of food, stuck in my tonsils so I looked in the mirror and saw some sort of growth.  It doesn't hurt, it's the same color as my tonsils and inside mouth ( healthy pink) and it doesn't hurt to touch it.  It almost looks like a skin tag or something.  It doesn't look like the tonsil stones or abscesses that I've looked up. It's just like a little growth, pimple without the whitehead, tiny finger shaped skin growth on my right tonsil....What is it and is it dangerous (cancer?)

I have the same problem. Mine is a hard lump at the back of my mouth, it is PAINLESS and it’s one small hard lump on the right side of my tonsil. I have no trouble in swallowing.  Have you seen a doctor?
