sore throat, is it an STD

I'm eithteen years old, and about two months ago I gave oral sex to a man. This man then told me that he had been with two prostitutes so I got scared. I haven't done a pap-smear, but I will soon. The case is that two days ago I began to feel a sore throat, then I noticed that I had a small blister on my uvula, red and almost like blisters on the back of my throat and tonsil. I also noticed that I have small red dots on my soft palate and my throat is really hurting me. I dont't have a cough or anything like that, but before I had this sore throat I cried a lot, so I gathered a lot of mucus for the last two days. I read that when you gather a lot of mucus that it could be a reason why you could have a sore throat. The day that I felt my throat barely hurting I had a fever. I asked the person that I was with if he had noticed anything wrong with himself or his penis, but he said everything was fine. Still, I am scared that i might have got an STD since he has been with two prostitutes. What can I do and what could I possibly have?

It could be any number of things. You have no pain or other symptoms?

Also, you can post thsi sin the STD forum. They may be able to rule some things out.
